At Universal Building Maintenance, our quality assurance plan was written to ensure we exceed the cleaning service expectations of our clients. We initiate a proactive quality control plan with onsite visits from our management, and each account is assigned a fully qualified and trained quality assurance representative. We hold ourselves accountable with our personalized action plan written specifically for each company we serve, which includes bi-annual reviews for our clients that ensure we fix any issues the moment they are reported. All of Universal Building Maintenance’s prospective employees go through a state-of-the-art training program that is required before they start working, which shows them the proper cleaning techniques and safety training procedures we utilize. All employees learn about our green cleaning processes and customer service standards, and go through continuous safety training on a bi-monthly basis. Potential employees learn the proper use of our specialized green cleaning equipment, are introduced to our cleaning products and become familiar with our recycling programs. We also mandate that our employees receive emergency training and are familiar with the evacuation routes and procedures of their particular building. At Universal Building Maintenance, we believe in-depth continuous training programs are essential in building better client/employee relations. When employees learn and understand the ‘why’ and ‘how to’ of our procedures and practices, productivity and communications increase.
